Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Social Launchpad. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Prohibited Content

1.1. Harmful or Dangerous

• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Contains or promotes hate speech targeting any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Provides instructions for creating weapons, drugs, or other harmful substances
• Encourages or facilitates illegal activities

1.2. Deceptive or Fraudulent

• Promotes get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing scams
• Contains deliberately false or misleading information (misinformation/disinformation)
• Impersonates other individuals, brands, or organizations
• Creates fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Uses engagement bait tactics designed to manipulate platform algorithms

1.3. Infringing

• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Reproduces copyrighted material without authorization
• Plagiarizes content from other creators

1.4. Inappropriate

• Contains sexually explicit content
• Targets or exploits minors in any way
• Contains graphic violence or gore
• Promotes harassment, bullying, or stalking

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate spam or unsolicited bulk content
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Share your account credentials with others (use Team plans for multi-user access)
• Resell AI-generated content as an AI content generation service (using Social Launchpad to power your own AI SaaS)
• Submit intentionally harmful, offensive, or illegal prompts to the AI system

3. Content Policy Enforcement

Social Launchpad includes automated content policy guardrails that may prevent certain types of content from being generated. These guardrails are designed to block content that violates this AUP. Content blocked by our guardrails does not count against your usage limits.

4. API Key Usage

If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key):

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of your AI provider
• You may not use API keys obtained through unauthorized means
• You are responsible for any charges incurred on your AI provider account

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to support@social-launchpad.app.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or disable content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

First-time violations of minor provisions may result in a warning. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
